Alright friends, I’ve got 15 different flowers and foliages picked out for this next autumn batch. That’s way too many! Again, these will all be from either Floret Flowers or Johnny’s Seeds. Here are the ones I am set on ordering next:

These are the 6 I’m sure about, now to the more difficult part — the blooms that are left trying to win a place in our hearts. Of those that remain, I plan on choosing 4-5 more seed packets to sow. I already have other flowers that will make it through autumn, such as the sunflowers and dahlias. If you haven’t seen those, check em out on this post: What’s growing in the Cut Flower Garden?
So friends, please, help me choose! I’ll be ordering tomorrow morning. Comment your favorites below, along with any of these you think should be avoided for any reason.

Thanks for your help 🙂 — Happy Gardening!

I’ve gotten the Love-Lies-Bleeding Amaranthus from Jonnys seeds before, they are beautiful but super heavy! I’m so jealous of your wide selection of flowers, I think I have about 5 different type of flowers going in my cut flower garden this year.

I actually didn’t end up getting Johnny seeds at all for the second round because they said they wouldn’t get here till late July! I’ll have to wait until next year to try, sadly.

Oh wow! Yikes! Well, there is always next year! With so many people trying to order seeds last minute and ‘stock up’, there are bound to be long delays on the seeds.

They’re all wonderful choices! Personally, I’ve had great luck with yarrow which is blooming now in my NE Mass garden. These plants are pest-free, deer-proof, vigorous and tolerant of drought, plus they’re supposed to be good for the soil. What’s not to love, right? 🙂
